End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms

By accessing or using the SplitZap application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

SplitZap is a non-custodial software interface that helps groups track shared expenses and formulates transactions to settle debts on the Solana blockchain. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds.

2. License to Use

SplitZap grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application strictly in accordance with these terms for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Disclaimer of Setup & Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We are not responsible for any lost funds, incorrect transactions, or smart contract vulnerabilities. Users are solely responsible for verifying transaction details (wallet addresses, amounts, and tokens) in their wallet provider (e.g., Phantom) before approving any signature.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SplitZap for illegal activities, money laundering, or any transactions prohibited by your local jurisdiction.
